The Pittsburgh Steelers signed former first-round linebacker Jamin Davis to a one-year deal last week. The former Commanders draft pick out of Kentucky spent 2025 with the Las Vegas Raiders, appearing in two games under then-defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, who now holds the same position in Pittsburgh.
The Steelers aren’t done looking at former Raiders, as they hosted former Raiders defensive end and UFL standout Jah Joyner to a workout, per Michael Del Negro.
Joyner spent the 2026 UFL season
with the Houston Gamblers, racking up 28 tackles. He was an undrafted free agent signee of the Raiders in 2025 out of Minnesota, but was released at the end of the preseason. He ran an impressive 4.60 in the 40-yard-dash – his speed being one of his best qualities.
In 43 collegiate games with the Golden Gophers, Joyner had 14,5 sacks and 16.5 tackles for loss.
