It’s that time of year again where we look ahead all the way to the next season before the current one is over. In many past Mariners seasons, this was often a welcome respite and breath of fresh air. In the current season and the handful of other recent jaunts where the last 2 months of the season were grinding, nail-biting stretch runs with hopes for a playoff berth, it feels like putting the cart before the horse. 2026? Shit, man, we gotta the survive 2025 season and maybe a playoff run first!
Anyways, here’s the 2026 Mariners schedule:

Okay, some highlights and things to note!
- Mariners open the season at home (yay!) with an AL East slate of the Guardians and the Yankees (boo!)
- THERE IS A SCHEDULED DOUBLEHEADER ON JUNE 20 VS. BOSTON, BASEBALL ALL DAYYYY!!!!
- The double-header and the weird Wednesday, July 1 off-day appear to be a result of World Cup games being hosted in Seattle
- There are three 3-city road trips compared to five this current season
- More off-days in the latter part of the season compared to early part, which is quite front-loaded with longer stretches
- They also close the season at home again and most of September is versus the AL West and Colorado, which could very much be to the benefit of the Mariners if they are needing wins
- Six(!) games in Seattle in March. Bring your blankets
- Another god damn April road trip to the Twin Cities. Knock it off. Get serious.
Overall, though, pretty good schedule! What road trips are you eyeing for a little baseball vacation? Let us know in the comments.
