The college basketball transfer portal is in full swing as the 2025-26 season has come to an end. The Kentucky Wildcats will be interested in a lot of top talent.
A name to watch for the Wildcats is Jalen Cox, a 6-foot-3 guard from Colgate. As a junior, Cox averaged 17.9 points, 5.3 assists, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game.
The do-it-all playmaker from Los Angeles, California, also shot nearly 37% from behind the arc this past season while being named to the First Team All-Patriot League.
Cox
is a high-quality shooter who can get it done on both offense and defense. He has received a good amount of interest since he entered his name into the portal. Schools like Indiana, UCLA, Syracuse, Auburn, Villanova, Texas, among many others.
The Wildcats haven’t set up a visit with Cox, but they have shown some early interest in the dynamic guard. It’ll be interesting to see what the Wildcats do as they’re going for a huge roster turnover.
