According to a report from Abendzeitung (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich has a price in mind for goalkeeper Alexander Nübel.
The sticker price is…€20 million.
Nübel, who is on loan with VfB Stuttgart,
likely has no future in Bavaria and might be too expensive for Die Schwaben to take on at that price. All of that could Bayern Munich looking to sell the goalkeeper with very little leverage.
Still, the Bavarians will seek to get some money for the Germany international:
Bayern are hoping to get up to €20m for Alexander Nübel if he’s sold in the summer. Nübel’s Bayern future hinges on Manuel Neuer. If the captain extends his contract, Nübel would have no future in Munich and would be up for sale.
With Jonas Urbig looking to be the heir apparent to Neuer, Nübel seems like the odd-man out in Bavaria. If Bayern Munich could get €20 million for Nübel, it would be a major coup.
