Max Caster did what he does best in his TNA debut at Bound For Glory (Oct. 11, 2026). No, he didn’t get squashed. Platinum Max rapped about controversial subjects.
Caster is known as a habitual line stepper on the mic. As a free agent exiting AEW, Caster arrived in TNA to answer Moose’s open challenge on PPV. There were no censors for this show, and Caster rapped about bombs in Riyadh. Here is the transcription as best as I can understand:
Platinum on the mic, and I’m bound for the glory, bro I’m putting
Moose on his knees like a glory hoe And it’s the firing squad I drop bombs, you don’t even have to fight in Riyadh I should call you a bitch You a grown-ass man, and you talk with a lisp And when it’s all said Platinum shining brighter than that bald head Who’s the best? Who’s the best? Who’s the best?
From the perspective of wrestling fans, Riyadh is in the news for two reasons. First, that city is supposed to host WWE Crown Jewel on November 7, 2026. The status of that show is uncertain due to the war conflict between the USA and Iran. The violence spilled over into Saudi Arabia. Second, the Riyadh airport has suffered from bombings by Houthi attacks in recent days.
I’m not an expert on politics. I mentioned the Caster rap about Riyadh, because it is tropical and a hot-button issue. There was also a wrestling match on hand, and that’s where I can provide analysis.
Caster arrived with his similar presentation from AEW. TNA commentator Tom Hannifan referred to Caster as a star with worldwide acclaim. TNA announcer McKenzie Mitchell introduced Caster as the Best Wrestler Alive. He wore that same jacket from the open challenges in AEW.
The question was how effective would Caster be presented in the ring. Would he be squashed like the comedy character in his waning days with AEW? The answer was no. Caster put up a tough fight to earn the respect of Moose. Caster still lost, but he looked like a wrestler with upside for TNA.
Caster damaged Moose by countering a spear into a back body drop onto the steel steps. Moose is the Face of the Franchise for a reason. He grit through the pain to fire up in the end. Moose anticipated Caster’s Mic Drop finisher, and he blocked the flying elbow. Moose closed with a spear. Afterward, respect was exchanged. That’s a sign to take Caster seriously in the ring.
There is no news yet on if Caster officially signed with TNA. If that becomes the case, Caster can have a bright future in his new home.
