You likely don’t have the best perspective on watching sports if you view every season as a success or failure based on whether your team wins a title. The joy of watching sports is the journey, not the destination.
While that perspective is useful for fans, it isn’t the one that those
within the Cleveland Cavaliers organization should have. This season could very well be this core’s best chance to win a title, considering how difficult it is to keep an expensive group like the Cavs together under the current collective bargaining agreement and the injuries to the top teams in the conference. The path to the Finals, and ultimately a championship ,will never be more wide open.
