Week 1 of the NFL season is in the books, and the Steelers are 1-0! Next up is the NE *Cheatriots, though “injuries,” as well as injuries, will have the Steelers shorthanded. Here’s hoping we repeat last year’s success with another win.

TJ Watt is back in a big
way after 2 sacks, 3 TFL, 1 pass defensed, and a pick 6 against the Fail-Cons.
1) Is this a sign to expect Watt to shine bright all season OR will TJ revert to the duller meh-to-good 2025 version?
2) Predict TJ’s 2026 regular season stats.
Last year, Mr. Rodgers and co. needed 5 turnovers from our defense to beat Drake “Drake Maye” Maye and the *Cheatriots.
3) Who do you expect to have the better game for the black and gold tomorrow: offense, defense or special Teams?
JPJ is O-U-T out against the Patriots and also on the “outs” with many Steeler Fans. SteelerFlip is suggesting there are 4 options Steelers brass have for JPJ.
4) Which one you do you hope they opt for:
- a) Trade him. (also what’s the min return you’d accept)
- b) Challenge the injury (team doc>independent doc>arbitrator yada yada yada make him play OR sit out and get fined)
- c) Put him on IR (fat chance)
- d) Wait him out (a la Le’veon Bell’s hold out)
