See, the thing about being a playoff team, which is what the Houston Texans are this year, is you have no idea what your draft pick is at the end of the regular season. Other teams are “lucky” in that respect that they don’t have to guess anymore. But this is the world we live in and we’re just gonna have to make the most of it.
To answer the question of where our first round pick is, I can simply answer, “I don’t know.” Nobody does yet. But the four letter network, bless their cold, dead hearts,
have projected where the current playoff teams are likely to settle in; based on their FPI, which claims to use quantifiable science to make their projections. But who knows how it’ll go because otherwise why bother playing the games.
Let’s see what they think of the Texans’ chances.
