The Green Bay Packers’ next chance to get their season back on track comes up early this Sunday in a battle of the bays. Two former NFC Central division rivals meet with both teams struggling mightily, as the Packers visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4.
The two teams have combined for a 1-5 start, with Green Bay holding the only win among the two teams. That victory came in overtime against the New York Jets two weeks ago, while the Bucs are winless and just lost starting quarterback Baker Mayfield
to a dislocated thumb late in their most recent game against the Minnesota Vikings. Mayfield is expected to miss a few weeks and will definitely be out for this game, leaving undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels as the Buccaneers’ expected starter.
As for the Packers, the big question will be how they reshuffle their offensive line after signing multiple veterans in the days since their last game on Thursday Night Football in Week 3. Will the likes of Laken Tomlinson or Kevin Zeitler contribute immediately at the embattled guard positions? Each of those two new arrivals are former Pro Bowlers with more than a decade of experience in the NFL, but that also means that both are well into their 30s.
Here’s how and when to tune in for this game to see if the Packers can start to find their footing again and get back to .500.
