The Los Angeles Chargers are 0-6 going into the bye week. While they haven’t made any changes to the coaching staff yet, it’s possible something is brewing down the line if the losses continue to pile up.
In this week’s Reacts poll, I asked you all to vote for who has the hottest seat in the organization. With a runaway victory, it was offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, who has failed to generate a group that can get on the same page when it comes to scoring points. He received 68 percent of the vote while
general manager Joe Hortiz was next with a distant 17 percent. Head coach Jim Harbaugh clocked in at 15 percent, while strength coach Ben Herbert did not receive any votes.
Last week, the confidence meter to determine whether the team is heading in the right direction, was at 10 percent. This week, that number has been chopped in half to 5 percent.
