Florida State has added a fifth player to its 2027 recruiting class, with 4-star edge rusher Anthony Cavallaro committing to the Seminoles on Friday.
He’s considered a four-star and the No. 24 player at
his position by the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
The 6-foot-5, 200-pound prospect out of Largo, Florida attended FSU’s Junior Day two weeks ago, after unofficially visiting and been offered by the Seminoles in November. He also holds offers from the Kansas Jayhawks, Miami Hurricanes, Louisville Cardinals, Michigan State Spartans, Pitt Panthers, Syracuse Orange, SMU Mustangs and USF Bulls.
As a junior, he logged 60 tackles, 12.5 sacks and 25 tackles for loss, recovering two fumbles while also getting some offensive reps (three receptions for 38 yards).
