After posting one of the largest injury reports of the season thus far on Wednesday, the Thursday edition for the Chargers was somehow even bigger as two new names were added. That brought the total to 16
players which is nearly one third of the active roster.
The two new names were center Bradley Bozeman who was sidelined with an undisclosed illness and running back Hassan Haskins who was still a full participant with a chest injury.
The other 14 names remained the same, although with some players seeing an improvement in status.
Keenan Allen returned from a veteran’s day off and offensive tackle Joe Alt practice — although limited — for the first time since before the Broncos game.
Derwin James (wrist/NIR) and wideout Quentin Johnston (hamstring) both improved from limited to full participants, as well.
For the second day after seeing his window activated to return from IR, Khalil Mack was once again limited. Same goes for Daiyan Henley who is working through a groin injury.
One other name looking to return after an extended absence is return man Derius Davis who logged his second limited practice.
On the the other side of the spectrum, Trey Pipkins was once again a non-participant with the same knee injury that kept him out against the Dolphins. Jamaree Salyer (knee), who also missed Week Six, was limited for the second time this week.
