If you aren’t cheating, then you aren’t trying. Just win, baby. That’s exactly what Kazuchika Okada did to make sure he retained the AEW International Championship against Kevin Knight in the main event of AEW Collision (Mar. 28, 2026).
When the going got tough, and it certainly got tough, Okada reached into his bag of tricks. Knight was picking up steam on a springboard clothesline outside. The Jet repeated that move on the inside, but it wasn’t enough to keep Okada down. Drama reached a fever pitch
when Knight executed the coast to coast dropkick.
When Knight went up top to finish with the UFO splash, Okada wisely rolled out of range, or so he thought. Knight deliberated the distance and took flight anyway. Unfortunately for the Jet, Okada planted a trap to put his knees up to block. It looked like only a matter of time before the Rainmaker struck. Well, Knight showed resilience to counter Okada’s finisher for a series of roll-ups. Okada grabbed control for a waistlock. Knight tried to roll under, however, Okada was savvy enough to stack down on top. The champ blatantly hooked the ropes with his arm to secure leverage on the pin to win.
