Barcelona defender Joao Cancelo has won La Liga’s Goal of the Month award for September for his stunning strike against Racing.
The Portugal international netted a glorious effort from range in the 7-2 win at Camp Nou to scoop the prize.
All of which is a great excuse to watch Cancelo’s goal once again.

Cancelo said after the game he thought it was the best goal of his career so far and was made “even more special” as it came during his time as a Barcelona player.
The defender is currently in his second spell at Camp Nou but has regularly made it clear just how much he loves Barcelona and how grateful he is to have been given a chance to play for the club.
Cancelo is no stranger to scoring bangers. He won the Goal of the Month award in his previous spell with Barcelona after netting another eye-catching effort against Real Betis.
