Good morning, baseball fans!
The 2025 MLB Playoffs continue today, with the American League taking the stage once again while the National League teams get the day off.
First up we have Game 3 between the
Seattle Mariners and Detroit Tigers. The series is tied at one game each as it moves to Detroit tonight. As of the time this is being written, Logan Gilbert will get the start against Jack Flaherty. The game starts at 1:08 p.m. PT, and you can watch it on Fox Sports 1.
Next up, also on Fox Sports 1, will be Game 3 between the Toronto Blue Jays and the New York Yankees. The Blue Jays have a 2-0 series lead and could end the Yankees’ season if things go well for them tonight. But the series is moving to New York, so they might have their work cut out for them. Shane Bieber will get the start for Toronto, while former yet seldom thought about Giant Carlos Rodón will get the start for New York.
Personally, I find the Mariners to be the most endearing team left to root for overall. But I also really like the Blue Jays (and find the Yankees to be the Dodgers of the east) so it’s a pretty easy call for me.
Who are you guys rooting for?
