According to a report from Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich star Joshua Kimmich is getting very close to a return to action:
Joshua Kimmich completed an individual session alongside head
of rehab Benjamin Sommer today. Kimmich is set to miss Wednesday’s game against Köln, but was able to train at full pace and is not far from a return in team training.
Meanwhile, Bild (via @iMiaSanMia) is also reporting that Jamal Musiala is closing in on a return to team training as well:
Jamal Musiala completed an individual training session at Säbener Straße today. He’s very close to a return to the squad, but unlikely for Wednesday’s game against Köln.
Patience is a virtue for these two players. Hopefully, both can reach as close to 100% health as possible before a return. It is not crazy to think that Kimmich will be ready for the weekend. Musial, though, will likely need another week or two before Bayern Munich will consider whether or not he is ready for game action.
