The Cincinnati Bengals are fortunate to get a bye week before they face one of their AFC North rivals, the Baltimore Ravens in Week 7. A matchup many fans have been eyeing as it could be the first time former Bengals EDGE Trey Hendrickson faces the team dawning a Raven uniform.
The game will be in Baltimore, but Hendrickson has missed the past two games with a broken finger. He was a full participant today, which would explain why Bengals offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher said he expects to see the star
pass rusher:
“That’s certainly the assumption I’m operating under. I would be disappointed if we got anything less from Trey. I’m sure we won’t,” Bengals offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher told Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com.
It will be interesting to see how they play Hendrickson. The obvious advantage would be running right at him as other teams did so often when he played for Cincinnati, but can Orlando Bronw Jr. handle him one-on-one? He has had his struggles this season, and these two have history going back to when Brown played for the Kansas City Chiefs.
It will be a matchup to watch, especially coming off a bye week.

New Bengal Jack Kiser’s Wild Ride To Paycor Stadium
Truly a wild account from being claimed off the waiver wire while in another country. Kiser isn’t going to be starting for the team or anything major, but he should be a commonly heard name on special teams when he gets up and running after the bye week.
Bengals’ Offense Has Finally Found Strength in One Major Weakness
The offensive line is finally at an acceptable level. Really, outside of the Houston Texans game where Will Anderson Jr. ran Brown off the field, it has looked so much better than the horrific days of Joe Burrow’s early time with Cincinnati.
Bengals RT Amarius Mims calls out major names after his unique problem pops up yet again in win over Dolphins
If Mims keeps playing like he has, he could easily work his way into a shoe deal. Calling on all the major shoe brands in a press conference is a good way to catch the ear of a savvy social media person for one of those brands looking to make a viral moment. Just keep this man on the field!

NFL QB rankings, Week 6: Josh Allen reclaims No. 1 spot; Jordan Love makes biggest jump
When looking at the numbers, it is hard to believe Burrow is on the verge of being in the third tier. It feels like too much has been put into the late turnovers in two games, when he has been lights out most of the other time. He leads the league in completion percentage, and he is far from just drinking and dunking through each game. Easy to see him climbing this list quickly here soon.
Marvin Harrison Jr. excited to reunite with C.J. Stroud, talks trade ahead of Texans debut
It is certainly going to be something most NFL fans will watch. How will this top pick from a recent draft fair on this new team after mysteriously struggling with the Arizona Cardinals. Who made the right move won’t be decided in a single game, but the 1-4 Texans don’t have time to spare.
Caleb Williams (hamstring) to practice in full as Bears’ QB situation remains ‘fluid’ ahead of Week 6
The 3-2 Bears could really use Williams back. The Minnesota Vikings are 5-0 and the rest of the division is also 3-2. they do not have time to potentially fall behind as even Wild Card spots look like they will be tightly contested.
