Good Friday morning Husky fans. We’ve got some news to get to this morning, but let us begin with the most pressing news involving UW’s Softball team.
Softball Dots
- Usually I like to believe in the power of Husky softball, but between being swept against UCLA and Oregon, and their loss yesterday morning, my optimism wavers:
Football Dots
- Christian Caple takes a look at how the proposed “5 in 5” eligibility rules will play out on the Husky roster ($).

Throwback Game of The Week
This week’s game comes to us from 2024, and features UW, clad in their black alternate uniforms (which I must say look pretty snazzy) at home against the UCLA Bruins. This game was notable for a number of reasons, but chief among them was the fact that Will Rogers was pulled in favor of Demond Williams after 2 first half interceptions. Williams and Jonah Coleman led the team to victory 31-19, with Coleman rushing for 95 yards and 2 scores. The late Voi Tunuufi recorded 3 tackles and a sack, and that is also one of the reasons why I selected this one as the throwback game of the week. Also this was the week of the bizarre World of Warcraft cross-brand promotion. These factors combine to make it a memorable game in a rather strange way.
That’s all the time we have for today, so thank you for making Dots a part of your morning, and as always, Go Dawgs!
