The 2025-26 Serie A season is officially off and running.
For Juventus, it started just like we saw 12 months ago — with a victory.
Of course, it’s a different manager than we saw patrolling the Juventus sideline when the 2024-25 season opened — which, of course, is the reason why Igor Tudor finds himself back in Turin now.
Sunday night saw Juventus claim a 2-0 win over Parma and their 30-year-old manager who is the youngest of his kind in Europe. Juve got goals from their new No. 9 who doesn’t wear
No. 9 Jonathan David as well as their current No. 9, Dusan Vlahovic. It was a solid performance if anything, even if the final few minutes were hindered by Andrea Cambiaso getting shown a red card with his team holding onto a 1-0 lead.
There were good things. There were some things that clearly need improvement.
We dive into it all as we get going again for another season of Juventus football.
