What is the story about?
I made the following absolutely horrifying discovery earlier today: the international break is not two weeks long like normal, but three! Yes, three whole weeks. Three. One, two, three. Three!
Apparently I missed the announcement where FIFA combined what were traditionally the September and October international breaks of two weeks each into just one big break of three weeks. That’s probably a good idea, but the fact that we don’t have proper football for three weeks was a bit shocking to process.
Three whole weeks! We might as well start a new season.
Thankfully Bake Off is back. As is the NFL. Go Hawks!
