We know we’ve got a Men’s Intercontinental title #1 contenders match set for Raw tonight (Oct. 27) from Honda Center in Anaheim, California, and we’re pretty sure Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair are defending their WWE Women’s Tag Team titles on the show, as well.
But with Saturday Night’s Main Event just five days away, a PW Insider Elite report says Undisputed WWE champion Cody Rhodes will also be on Raw. Rhodes is set to defend against Drew McIntyre this weekend; no word on whether or not innocent
man McIntyre will be there.
Another SmackDown star said to be making his way to Raw this week has a very good reason to be there. Jimmy Uso was eliminated by his twin brother in last week’s battle royal to determine who will face CM Punk for the vacant World Heavyweight championship at SNME, and with Jey Uso having a face-to-face with Punk tonight, Big Jim will reportedly be on hand.
And Santos Escobar is currently a man without a brand after being briefly moved to the alumni section of WWE.com when his contract lapsed. But he re-signed (and is believed to have done quite well in the final negotiations), and Insider says he’ll be around when WWE is in Southern California tonight — and fans say they spotted him in the area yesterday. Will we see the start of a big push, or is he just there to talk creative plans?
