Ramirez was the only Cubs hitter with positive WPA in this game. The only other
Cub with positive WPA was Tyler Ferguson (.013), who threw one scoreless inning.
WPA Play of the Game: Amed Rosario’s solo homer in the fourth (.136).
Cubs Play of the Game: Ramirez’s single with one out in the ninth (.060).
Just four other Cubs plays had positive WPA: Ian Happ’s single with Alex Bregman on first in the seventh (.036), Miguel Amaya’s double in the third (.025), Ramirez’s single in the first (.024) and Bregman’s single in the seventh (.022).
