What is the story about?

The 49ers face the Raiders at 1:25 p.m. PT, but in the meantime there’s plenty of football to enjoy, starting with a breakfast game.

The NFL is hosting a game in Madrid this week with the Falcons and Bengals squaring off in an inter-conference matchup that starts at 6:30 a.m. The Falcons are 3-5, but hanging around in a bad NFC South division while the Bengals are 5-2 and only a half game back of first in the AFC North.

The 10 a.m. slate isn’t particularly great, but we’ve got some matchups to keep

an eye on. The Rams and Commanders face off in DC with Myles Garrett expected back. LA will finally get a chance to see what he and Aaron Donald can do together on that defensive front.

The other notable NFC team in action is the Lions, who are in Miami facing the Dolphins. Detroit is nearly a touchdown favorite, but Miami has been slippery at times.
