Michigan running back Bryson Kuzdzal made the most of his opportunities in 2025 and has now entered the transfer portal.
Kuzdzal, a former walk-on and two-star prospect in the class of 2023, appeared in nine games for Michigan this season with 76 carries, 326 yards and four touchdowns. His most productive game of the season came against Maryland, rushing for 100 yards and three touchdowns. Just like against Maryland, he started in the Citrus Bowl against Texas with Jordan Marshall sidelined, totaling 20 carries for 82 yards.
With five-star RB Savion Hiter joining the program and Jordan Marshall already a RB1, Kuzdzal faced an uphill battle getting carries in 2026. And Justice Haynes could also still return to Michigan, but whether he does or elects to enter the NFL Draft remains to be seen.
