To compete in the new era of college athletics, the University of Arizona athletic department is turning to multiple revenue streams. Selling stadium naming rights is one option. Another is increasing the annual fee on season tickets.
Season ticket holders for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and softball will see an annual fee increase for the 2026-27 season.
A $150 per-ticket ‘Championship Fee’ will be added on to men’s basketball season tickets. The fee is $50 for football and $25 for women’s basketball, baseball and softball.
Base ticket prices for those sports remain steady year-over-year. Most men’s basketball season ticket holders, for example, will see a $10 base ticket increase.
Football season ticket prices start at $110. Arizona has also introduced youth tickets for ages 3-12, starting at $60 in select sections.
“It’s time to help us build this monster in Tucson,” Arizona coach Brent Brennan said Monday. “We’re here going on year three, we have a Heisman-caliber quarterback returning in Noah Fifita, the leading touchdown passer in the history of Arizona football. There’s so many good things happening here right now, and once you guys get a chance to see some of the roster that we built through spring practice, I think people are going to be even more excited about the 2026 Wildcats.”
Season tickets for football and men’s and women’s basketball went on sale Monday.
