What is the story about?
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, AS Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara has been offered to both Liverpool FC and Chelsea. If you rewind to the start of the summer, Camara was heavily linked with Liverpool. With Monaco needing to balance the books, the player is one of the prime candidates for a sale.
Other reporting seems
to suggest that Chelsea are already in talks with the player, while Liverpool has not made a move yet.
Another reporter suggests that the reason Liverpool haven’t moved for Camara is because they want Manu Koné from Roma. Who, as far as I know, isn’t for sale. So, that’s kinda random.
We’ll see how this develops in the days leading up to the deadline.
