Good morning, baseball fans!
It’s a new week of San Francisco Giants baseball, so let’s take a look at what’s on deck for the week.
The Giants are back at Oracle Park this week, and they will be welcoming the Washington Nationals to town today to begin a three-game series. After a day off on Thursday, the Chicago Cubs will be coming to town for a rematch of a three-game weekend series.
Personally, I don’t have a preference between these two series. As of the time this is being written, the Nationals
are third place in their division and the Cubs are in fourth place in theirs. I guess I will let my 2019 nostalgia win out here and say that I’m most interested in the Nationals series. I had a great time covering their World Series run that year, and while this team has no resemblance to that one, I’m probably going to have a soft spot for them forever.
Which series are you most interested in this week?
What time do the Giants play today?
The Giants begin their series against the Nationals tonight at 6:45 p.m. PT.
