Cora Jade wrestled a handful of matches in TNA with the NXT crossover relationship, but now she goes by a different name. Elayna Black signed with TNA and made her in-ring debut on the new contract during
Impact (Jan. 29 2026). She even unveiled a new finisher.
Black has her eye on the Knockouts Championship, so this was her chance to make a statement in the division. She faced enhancement talent Ruthie Jay. Black took care of business to close with a double underhook twisting neckbreaker.
As Cora Jade, her finisher was a double underhook DDT. That’s not to say the DDT is gone from her repertoire. The level of opponent was not hard, so perhaps Black dusts off the tried and true when the going gets tough. For now, the neckbreaker seems to be her choice of finish.
The double underhook twisting neckbreaker is a popular maneuver these days. Andrade El Idolo also uses that finisher in AEW, which he calls the DM.
Black hasn’t named her version of that maneuver yet.
Share your thoughts on Elayna Black’s new finisher. What should she name the move? How does it compare to Andrade’s execution?
