The NBA has released the Portland Trail Blazers’ 2026-27 regular-season schedule, along with the schedules for the league’s other 29 teams.
The Blazers open up the slate on Oct. 21 at home against the Phoenix Suns, a rematch of last season’s Play-In Tournament thriller. That means franchise legend Damian Lillard will get to make his official return as a Blazer in front of what is sure to be a raucous Moda Center crowd. The Blazers wrap up the season on the road in a finale against the San Antonio
Spurs on April 11.
In between those two games, the Blazers play a schedule that is front-loaded with road games and difficulty. Portland plays 12 of its first 17 games on the road, including a six-game road trip from Nov. 13-23. That’s tied for Portland’s longest road trip of the season, matched by another six-game road trip just a month later from Dec. 17-27. The Blazers also embark on a five-game road trip from Jan. 17-24. The longest home stand of the schedule takes place over a six-game stretch from March 23 to April 2.
On top of the road games, November’s strength of schedule is especially brutal. Portland plays the Oklahoma City Thunder twice, Minnesota Timberwolves twice and San Antonio Spurs twice, along with matchups against the Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Lakers.
The Blazers’ schedule features 11 nationally-televised games — seven on NBC/Peacock, two on Amazon Prime Video and two on ESPN. That’s an uptick from Portland’s total of eight last season.
