Week 4 of the college football season is in the books.
Clemson lost to Syracuse at home to drop to 1-3. #17 Texas Tech handled #16 Utah in Salt Lake City. #21 Michigan extended Nebraska’s losing streak to ranked teams to 28 games. #11 Oklahoma held on against #22 Auburn in Norman. #19 Indiana blew out #9 Illinois in Bloomington. Lastly, #4 Miami took care of their in-state rival Florida Gators in South Florida.

The biggest overall riser in the poll was Indiana, going from #19 to #11. Texas Tech jumped from #17 to #12. TCU and BYU join the AP Top 25 for this first time. The Miami Hurricanes jumped up two spots to #2. Illinois fell the furthest, going from #9 to #23. Week 5 has four top 25 matchups: #21 USC at #23 Illinois, #4 LSU at #13 Ole Miss, #6 Oregon at #3 Penn State, and #17 Alabama at #5 Georgia.
