Call it all part of a plan. Call it just sheer, dumb luck. But we’ve reached 300 episodes of this little Juventus podcast of ours — and it comes as we hit the point in the summer in which we preview the upcoming season.
(You know, the usual point in the summer. Not last summer since things were absolutely insane on the transfer market and so many things were still up in the air as the Thiago Motta era officially began against Como.)
With the transfer much less of a whirlwind this summer, we are now
able to have a pretty good idea of what the roster will look like for Igor Tudor and, because of that, we can do our customary previewing of the season before said season actually begins.
And it’s on a nice, landmark kind of episode number for us, too.
So let’s talk about the season that will begin this Sunday night against Parma at the Allianz Stadium. The first of 38 Serie A fixtures and whatever is to come Juve’s way in Europe is set to get underway in less than a week.
