The Nets are pulling out all the stops on their uniforms this season.
On Monday, the Nets unveiled their ABA-inspired Classic Edition uniforms and commemorative court ahead of the franchise’s 60th season. Both the new threads and court design are set to debut on Wednesday, October 21, when Brooklyn hosts the Charlotte Hornets.
The NBA as a whole
is celebrating 50 years since the ABA-NBA merger, introducing special throwback uniforms and court designs for former ABA franchises including the Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, Indiana Pacers, and Brooklyn Nets.
Brooklyn’s Classic Edition kit is part of a broader year-long celebration during the 2026-27 NBA season. The Nets will host six designated “Eras Nights” featuring alumni appearances, era-inspired entertainment, in-arena activations, and special giveaways for fans in attendance.
