Over the past day or so, Georgia players
have expressed within the media a desire to be ready to play not Saturday, but right now.
But in reality, there are a few more days of which to wait. Kentucky has not the same pedigree nor aura of Alabama, but it’s still a team with SEC players. The biggest thing, more than anything else for Georgia this week needs to be something not seen in the last two weeks – actually showing a sign or two of life early on.
The good news is that fans are not the only ones that seem perplexed.
Regardless of the reason for slow starts, now is the time to fix it. Auburn at night next week with the Tigers coming off a bye week has bear trap written all over it. And it goes minus saying that you can’t have a bad series against what Ole Miss will bring to Athens next month.
How ready Georgia looks against Kentucky may very well tell us more about how much this team is improving than any other thing so far this season.
Did you endure trauma from the overplay of the in-game music at times on Saturday? No, you are not entitled to compensation, but UGA is at least looking at its use…
Georgia’s defensive secondary is looking for answers. Could Demello Jones be a solution?
Everyone has thoughts on Saturday’s fourth-down playcall. Did you really think Lane Kiffin would let all the social media commenters and radio callers have all the fun?
