Highlights! Talita Alencar sparks UFC Vegas 110 with impressive submission finish late

Talita Alencar turned in the most memorable performance of her UFC career thus far earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 1, 2025) at UFC Vegas 110 LIVE on ESPN+ from inside UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nev., earning a late

submission finish over women’s strawweight veteran Ariane Carnelossi.

This “Prelims” opener was a pretty entertaining affair. Carnelossi came out firing like she always does and started to pressure Alencar early. Alencar proved tough, though, as she responded with solid grappling and takedowns. She ended up rocking Carnelossi on the feet in the second round as well, resulting in another easy takedown for Alencar.

With her back against the wall entering the third round, Carnelossi tried to go for broke. Unfortunately for her, Alencar’s grappling was on point and allowed her to control the fight once again with another takedown. This led to a tight rear-naked choke by Alencar that forced Carnelossi to tap for just the second time in her pro career.
