Real Madrid star Vinícius Júnior seems to understand the magnitude of his team’s Champions League matchup with Bayern Munich, but thinks his team’s home field advantage could play a role in the result of the first leg of this tie.
“We’re facing a big opponent that has won a lot of games this season. It’s going to be tough. But we’re ready and confident. With the support of our fans, we can beat Bayern. We need the Bernabéu from the first to the last minute,” said Vinícius Júnior (as captured by Sky

When asked about the potential return of Harry Kane to Bayern Munich’s lineup (Kane practiced with the team on Monday), Vinícius Júnior acknowledged the Englishman’s impact, but also said that Bayern Munich’s roster is so stacked that it might not matter too much who plays at the No. 9 for the Bavarians.
“He scores a lot of goals, but they have a great team with players who can change positions. Regardless of who plays for them tomorrow, it is going to be very difficult and we have to be prepared,” Vinícius Júnior stated.
