I’ll cope to the fact that I wasn’t feeling great about the Yankees at the start of the do-to-die Division Series Game 3. But they shook off a bad day from Carlos Rodón that put them behind 6-1, rallied
behind a game-tying bomb by captain Aaron Judge, took the lead when Jazz Chisholm Jr. went yard, and cruised to a 9-6 triumph behind a quintet of relievers that recorded 20 outs. It was tied for the second-biggest rally in Yankees playoff history, trailing only the legendary 1996 World Series Game 4, of Jim Leyritz fame.
We will have a Game 4 tonight! Everyone outside of Toronto wanted to see Cam Schlittler get a chance at the Blue Jays, fresh off his Wild Card Series mastery of Boston. Let’s see what he can do to potentially send this ALDS back to Toronto on Friday! In the meantime, Michael and Jeremy will provide more post-Game 3 thoughts today, Sam will check out what was going on yesterday in the other ALDS showdown (Seattle vs. Detroit in the rainy Motor City), and Matt will remember a moment of triumph for the 2000 Yankees 25 years ago today, when they knocked out the A’s to advance to the ALCS.
All four series are in action, so there’s plenty of baseball to keep us busy while we wait for first pitch from Cam in the Bronx!

Questions/Prompts:
1. Let’s just tweak the first one from yesterday! Does the season end tonight, or will we be returning to Toronto for Game 5?
2. All four Division Series could potentially end today (a rarity), but how many will? And which ones?
