Barcelona have reportedly added Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie to their list of defensive targets as Deco and Co. consider bolstering their backline in the January transfer window.
A new report from Diario Sport claims that Hincapie is a perfect fit for what the club are looking for ahead of the winter transfer window.
Hincapie is a left-footer, with bags of experience and can play at center-back or left-back. He’s also not first choice at Arsenal, meaning there’s a possibility he could be tempted
away from the club.
However, convincing Mikel Arteta to part ways with a player who only signed permanently in the summer, after a decent loan spell, may be a different matter entirely.
Barcelona were linked with Hincapie earlier this season and it appears he remains a target for the Catalan giants.
