Bills wide receiver Tyrell Shavers was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Tuesday, July 28, per a report by Sal Capaccio, just before the start of training camp at St. John Fisher University. It’s a move widely expected, following the torn ACL Shavers suffered during the Bills’ Wild Card road win over the Jacksonville Jaguars this past January.
