The 2025-26 Champions League semi-finals are now set with Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain the last four teams left standing in Europe’s premier club competition.
Barcelona’s involvement has sadly ended after a 3-2 aggregate defeat to Atletico, while bitter rivals Real Madrid were dumped out 6-4 by Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
Elsewhere, Premier League leaders Arsenal sneaked past Sporting to take their place in the last four and defending champions PSG eased past Arne
Slot’s Liverpool to keep their hopes of retaining the title alive.
Atletico will now go on to play Arsenal for a place in the final, with PSG up against Bayern Munich in the other semi-final clash.
