group with a look at a 2025 undrafted free agent who did not qualify for a year of service. Seth Coleman is still considered a first-year player as he looks to find a way onto the Dolphins’ regular-season roster.

Coleman signed as an undrafted free agent with the Seattle Seahawks after the 2025 NFL Draft, spending training camp and the preseason with the team. He was among the team’s final round of roster cuts in August. He signed with the Indianapolis Colts, joining their practice squad, in October, but was released less than a week later. He remained out of football until the Dolphins signed him to a reserve/futures contract after the season.

In Miami, he will likely have to adjust to playing with his hand in the dirt as a 4-3 defensive end. If he can make an impact in camp and the preseason, Coleman could fight his way onto the 53-man roster as a depth option if needed, but it is a massively uphill battle.
Coleman is most likely a camp body who is battling to make the practice squad when the season starts.
