It is game day in the Bluegrass State once again this Saturday as the Kentucky Wildcats suit up for a date with the Eastern Michigan Eagles at Kroger Field.
After a tough loss last week to Ole Miss, Mark Stoops and the Cats will be looking to get back on track as they head into a bye week next Saturday. That should be fairly easy against this EMU squad.
The biggest storyline heading in to tonight’s game is the quarterback situation for UK. It appears that Cutter Boley will be the starting QB for the Cats
under the lights tonight, after Zach Calzada suffered an injury against the Rebels last week. Will we see both QBs, or will Boley take all the snaps tonight? Going to be something to watch, especially heading into the bye week.
We will also likely see a big game from the Cats on the ground as Seth McGowan and Dante Dowdell should stack up yards against a bad EMU run defense.
Tonight will be the game of the QBs. Going to be interesting to see how things develop going forward.
Go Cats!
