The Las Vegas Raiders have fully embraced a rebuild and that is playing out in how the roster will look like.
While things can change after the team makes its initial 53-man roster August 30, but the current makeup of the Raiders’ 90-man roster is one of the youngest in the NFL. According to NFL Stats, the Raiders average player age is currently 25.7 years old. That is the sixth youngest roster age average in the NFL at this point in the preseason.
So, led by rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza, this is a young team with key players such as tight end Brock Bowers and running back Ashton Jeanty under 25. There is definitely a lot to build on with this roster.
