Bayern Munich got back to winning ways against RB Leipzig, thrashing the Lawnballers 6-1 at the Allianz Arena. Luis Díaz scored a hat-trick, while Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Aleksandar Pavlović all got on the scoresheet too. Jonas Urbig, who started this match in the place of the injured Manuel Neuer, gave his thoughts on the match in a post-match interview.
“We had a convincing performance from start to finish, it was a lot of fun on the pitch today,” Urbig said (as captured by X account @iMiaSanMia).
“The ease to score goals, which was a bit missing in recent games, was there again today. Lucho scored three, Harry does not stop scoring goals.”
The 23-year-old also talked about the growing trend of him starting games: “I try to go into games with a positive emotion. I feel very good. We want to be ready so the coach has the possibility to decide who starts every time. I hope Manu will come back soon. I’m there whenever I’m needed.”
