There has been a change in plans for those heading to Beaver Stadium for the Blue-White Practice on Saturday. The event will now start at 12:15 p.m., with the autograph session now taking place following the practice rather than before. The change was made due to the threat of inclement weather.
Below are key details for visitors, per the Penn State Athletic Department:
Parking lots will open at 8 a.m. Club, Letterman/ADA, Museum/ADA and suite entrances will open at 9 a.m. Gates A, B, C & E will open for
the public at 11 a.m.
Fan seating will be available in the north, south and east lower bowl areas of the stadium. No west side seating will be available, and upper north and upper south sections will not be open.
Beaver Stadium Block Party
- The Beaver Stadium Block Party will take place on Curtin Road from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
- Fans can enjoy a variety of free activities, including live music, food trucks, face painting, caricature artists and photo booths, as well as official Penn State merchandise.
- Partners activating at the Block Party include: Amica, Avo Apparel, Dunkin’, Ethical Energy, Keystone Outdoor Living, Musselman’s, Penn State Health, PSECU, Sheetz, The Heights and Weis Markets.
- Team arrival, presented by Amica, is scheduled for 11:45 a.m.
- The Nittany Lion, cheerleaders and Lionettes dance team will be at the Block Party from 10:45-11:15 a.m. for photos.
Football Autograph Session
- A free postgame autograph session with the football team will be available to all fans on the stadium concourse (field level), courtesy of West Shore Home.
- Player locations by position group:
- Gate A: Running Backs & Offensive Line
- Under SE: Linebackers & Defensive Line
- Under SF: Tight Ends & Defensive Backs
- Gate B: Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers & Specialists
- Fans are permitted to bring one item to be signed (in addition to a complimentary autograph poster), provided those items fit within a 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller clear bag.
Wrestling and Women’s Hockey Autograph Session
- Members of Penn State’s Women’s Hockey and Wrestling programs will participate in a free autograph session presented by Planet Fitness, running from 12:10–12:40 p.m.
- Gate A: Women’s Hockey Team
- Gate B: Wrestling Team
Apparel and Equipment Sale
- The Blue-White Apparel and Equipment Sale, featuring team-issued apparel and equipment, will be held at Pegula Ice Arena on Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. or while supplies last. The sale is open to the public.
Game Day Traffic
- Fans traveling to Blue-White Practice on April 25 should be aware of active construction projects that will result in road closures and detours in the State College area.
- Penn State Athletics encourages all attendees to review the information below and plan accordingly.
- Route 322 (Innovation Park/Penn State Exit): Westbound drivers will be detoured via I-99 northbound to the Shiloh Road Exit 76, then back southbound to the Innovation Park exit (Exit 74), or via I-99 southbound to the Woodycrest-Toftrees Exit 71, then back northbound to the Innovation Park exit (Exit 73).
- I-80 Exit 161 Westbound (Bellefonte): The I-80 westbound off-ramp at Exit 161 is closed as part of the I-80/I-99 interchange project. Drivers should continue to Exit 158 at Milesburg, then take I-80 eastbound back to the Bellefonte exit.

Parking Information and Pricing
- Fans who held 2025 Penn State Football season parking passes were issued a parking pass as part of their 2025 season package.
- For those who need to purchase a pass, parking will be available on game day for $20 in general lots and $30 in preferred lots.
- The Blue-White parking map can be found at GoPSUSports.com.
- The ORV lot, presented by Lerch RV, will open Friday, April 24 at 8 a.m. and will run until midnight, reopening Saturday, April 25 at 8 a.m.
- Fan Assistance shuttles will not be in operation for Blue-White Practice. A limited number of ADA shuttles will be available from the ADA parking at Shields/Wagner, softball and the East Deck to/from the stadium beginning at 11 a.m.

Bag Policy
- Penn State University’s bag policy will be in place for Blue-White Practice.
- Clear tote bags sized 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller will be permitted.
- Fans are permitted to bring one item to be signed at the autograph session, provided it fits within a 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller clear bag.
- Strollers and umbrellas are not permitted inside West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium.
