Each practice day this season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report ahead of the next game. In Week 4, the Chiefs hit the road to play the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday afternoon.
Here is the Chiefs’ final official injury report of the week, courtesy of the team’s official website:
Chiefs
- Left tackle Josh Simmons (Back) has been ruled out and has not practiced this season. He is still recovering from a bulging disc in his lower back, head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday.
The following players were full participants in practice on Friday and do not have a game status ahead of Sunday’s matchup:
- Cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (Knee)
- Safety Chamarri Conner (Knee)
- DT Chris Jones (Calf)
- DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah (Quad)
- DB Jadon Canady (Knee)
- LB Jack Cochrane (Calf)
- WR Rashee Rice (Knee)
- QB Patrick Mahomes (Knee)
Raiders
- Guard Jackson Powers-Johnson (groin) did not participate in practice all week and has been ruled out, according to Matt Williamson of Silver and Black Pride. Powers-Johnson left the Raiders’ Week 3 game against the New Orleans Saints in the fourth quarter.
- Third-string quarterback Aidan O’Connell did not participate in Wednesday’s or Thursday’s practice. The absence was designated non-injury-related for personal reasons.
