After starting the season 2-0 with a 98-43 win over Texas Southern and an 83-68 victory over Oklahoma, Gonzaga has moved up two spots in the Associated Press poll to No. 19. The Zags received 466 total
points from the voters.
Out of the West Coast Conference, Saint Mary’s didn’t receive any votes.
Gonzaga’s tough non-conference slate moves on with a matchup against the Big East Conference’s No. 23 Creighton (1-0) at the McCarthey Athletic Center on Tuesday, No. 11, at 7 p.m. PT. The Bluejays took down South Dakota in their season opener, 92-76.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Zags are the favorite by 10.5 points. The moneyline for Gonzaga is -670 and +470 for Creighton. The over/under is set at 164.5.
