Early lines have been released on draftkings with FSU pegged as 28.5 point favorite vs. New Mexico State in Week 1 and a 2.5 point underdog to SMU in Week 2.
ESPN released its annual offseason predictions and also listed the top-5 coaches with the hottest seats where Mike Norvell topped the list.

I was there for their game against Miami, and the coaching staff is amazing. They are new coaches coming off their first year, and their second year should be better. Now they have players I know in Jasen Lopez and Shon Abaev, who were on the older team of SOH Elite.”

The Women will officially get started today and Men’s Golf will start the following Friday.
Recruiting:
The next few weeks will be very important for FSU’s recruiting as spring/summer official visits begin before the extended dead period begins June 23rd.
The first weekends of visits on the 29th of May will feature a trio of four-star recruits:
4-star Edge Anthony Cavallaro (FSU commit)
4-star RB Jayden Miles (uncommitted)
4-star DL Karlos May (uncommitted)
