Arthur Jones is dead at 39.
The brother of former UFC heavyweight titleholder Jon Jones, who won a Super Bowl ring with Baltimore Ravens by defeating the San Fransisco 49ers at Super Bowl 47, retired after
the 2017 season following seven years in the NFL, which included stints with Indianapolis Colts and Washington Redskins.
Arthur frequently ran backup for ”Bones” during some of the ex-champ’s most heated rivalries

His big, bright smile, infectious energy and eternal positivity created a presence that continuously uplifted others. He was kind, courteous and enthusiastic – always displaying a love for family, teammates and friends. We send our deepest condolences to the Jones family and all who loved Arthur.“
A cause of death was not revealed.
In addition to Arthur, younger brother Chandler also played in the NFL for 10 seasons, winning his own Super Bowl ring with the New England Patriots.
“Bones” has yet to issue a statement on the unfortunate passing of his brother.
