TOTALLY OFF TOPIC
It’s been a while since we did a book check in. I just finished Moon of the Crusted Snow by Waubeshig Rice and highly recommend it. I just started The Sisters Brothers by Patrick deWitt. That’s why I choose a western fiction video for here. What you are all reading? What did you just finished? Do you have any western recommendations?
Here’s his list:
- Cormac McCarthy’s Border Trilogy
- Warlock by Oakley Hall
- Butcher’s Crossing by John Williams
- Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry
- The Son by Philip Meyer
- True Grit by Charles Portis
- The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford
- Dalva by Jim Harrison
- Deadwood by Pete Dexter
- The Big Sky by A.B. Guthrie Jr.
