Barcelona are once again hoping Ez Abde could provide the club with a financial windfall amid talk of interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
Luis Enrique’s side have lost Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to an ACL injury which has the rumor mill getting excited about a possible move for Abde as a replacement.
The Real Betis star has emerged as a possible option for PSG ahead of the January transfer window, according to reporter Ekrem Konur.
Any such transfer would also help out Barcelona. The Catalans retain 20% of
the rights, meaning a winter move would provide the club with a financial boost. Konur claims those funds could go towards an attempt to land defender Castello Lukeba.
Abde has a release clause of around €60 million in his contract, meaning Barcelona could potentially earn around €12m from a winter sale.
The winger has been in good form for Betis this season, scoring four goals already in all competitions for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
